"I’m so happy I moved to The Parsons Apartments. Both Ashley and Parker have made the move such an easy transition. Plus, they are always available to help! The complex is beautiful and so well kept. Walking around at night, you feel safe and secure. The apartments are modern and spacious. Parking is included which is a plus. It's also centrally located to the beach and shopping areas. Being able to walk to restaurants and bars is wonderful. Yet, when you want to stay and enjoy the pool and other amenities, this is the place to be."

"I love living at The Parsons. It's a quaint complex in walking distance to all the fun shopping centers and fancy restaurants. The rent price is fantastic for the location, and that's hard to find in Costa Mesa. It's all about location and this is nestled behind the busy Harbor boulevard, so there isn't much traffic or congestion on our street at all. Lastly is the staff; Leisah, Jesse, and Jessye are fabulous property managers and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend this complex."

"I can't stress enough how much I love living here! I moved in about six months ago and I definitely plan to renew my lease, maybe even a few times. 🙂 I love the modern design, and the pool/gym/laundry facilities are always kept clean and never crowded. Leisah and Jesse always go above and beyond for us! The move-in process was quick and couldn't be easier. It's located right by the freeway, beaches, and so many restaurants/shops. I could go on and on, but I would definitely recommend to everybody!"
